I sent an email to admin@frogress.com on 11/28 requesting a payout for my 11/27 expired ad pack. I have received nothing to any of my processors. Why have I not been paid while everyone else is seeming to be paid?

Try sending email to Jake direct at jwterrano@gmail.com, per one of his earlier postings. Worked for me!
